What to Bring:

Always bring a swimming costume. We have plenty of towels available and each guests using the spa will be provided with a robe. If you are staying in the hotel you may like to come down in your robe. Don’t forget we also have state or the art leisure facilities. We operate a barefoot spa, we encourage guests to bring their own rubber soled flip flops.

Age Restrictions:

The Pool, heat rooms and Spa Garden are for those over 16. Anyone under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by an adult. The minimum age to have a face treatment is 16, which must be delivered with an appropriate adult present. For all other treatments the minimum age is 18.

Cancellation Policy:

Please book in advance to avoid disappoint. Reservations cannot be confirmed without credit or debit card details and must be paid in full at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, you will be offered a re- booking if available, except when the cancellation occurs 48 hours prior to your confirmed date of visit, in which casethe full cost will be applied. We do not offer refunds on pre-booked packages.

Spa Etiquette:

The Spa is a calming and relaxing environment, if guests are to use their mobile phone, please do not let it negatively impact other users of The Spa. We politely ask that you keep your voice to a delicate whisper in various zones of the Spa.
